Overview

High Power PoE for Security and Public Service Applications

To fulfill the High Power PoE demand of Gigabit network applications, the new member in PLANET PoE Switch family – the GSD-808HP2 is an ideal solution. The GSD-808HP2 is equipped with eight 10/100/1000Mbps PoE ports and internal power supply in a simple 13-inch, desktop size metal case. Each of the Gigabit ports feature High Power IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet (PoE) that enables up to 30-watt power output per port and data transmission both delivered over one Cat.5E / 6 Ethernet cable, providing double PoE power, more than the current 802.3af PoE injector devices.
