Input: 6 ~ 28 V/DC output: 3 ~ 15 VDC. The input voltage must be at least 3 V higher than the adjusted output voltage. The adjusted output voltage is stabilized or short circuit-proof. For operation of appliances with lower voltages at a 12 V or 24 V car battery or power supplies.
