Balance instructions:
- When the equalization light is on, the equalization work is turned on,
- The equalization light goes out, and the equalization circuit sleeps,
- The equalization light flashes, the string is dropped, or the circuit is faulty.
Principle of equilibrium:
This module is the adjacent voltage difference equalization, the adjacent battery voltage difference reaches more than 0.1V, and the chip internally triggers the equalization work until the adjacent battery voltage difference is within 0.03V and stops working. When used on the battery pack, there is an adjacent voltage difference Triggering the equalization work, the battery pack voltage error will also be pulled back to a more ideal value, reducing battery maintenance costs.
Technical Parameters:
- Working voltage 2.0V-4.5V, ternary lithium iron battery is universal, LTO lithium titanate battery is not applicable.
Balance current:
- The adjacent voltage difference is above 0.1V (current is about 0.5-0.7A);
- The adjacent voltage difference is more than 0.2V (reach the maximum equalization current 1.2A);
- The smaller the pressure difference, the smaller the equalizing current.
Wiring definition:
- B-, the total negative pole of the battery pack (the negative pole of the first battery)
- B1, the positive terminal of the first battery
- B2, the positive terminal of the second battery
- B3...and so on.
Accessories:
- The wiring length is 30cm pure copper 22awg terminal line!
- High-precision energy transfer balance, exclusive balance IC!
- The wiring diagram of the four strings is as follows, and the number of other strings can be deduced by analogy!
- Note (The cable plug with 13 strings or more needs to be inserted diagonally, first touch the B-pin and insert it diagonally, otherwise it may cause the board to burn out)
Note: This board is based on the principle of adjacent equalization and cannot be used as a maintenance tool. To connect the battery, it must be used with lithium battery protection. The pressure difference generated by charging and discharging triggers the work of the equalization board to achieve energy transfer balance.
